Sincere Sessions provides counseling, relationship support, and spiritual direction. These services are not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or emergency/crisis services. If your needs fall outside the scope of Sincere Sessions, you may be encouraged to seek support from an emergency provider. Information shared in sessions is treated with care and privacy, but confidentiality and legal privilege can vary by service and jurisdiction and may be limited when disclosure is required by law, court order, or immediate safety concerns. Online clients are responsible for choosing a reasonably private location and understanding that electronic communication carries privacy risks. Sincere Sessions is not monitored for emergencies; if you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the booking policy communicated at scheduling. Participation is voluntary, and you may ask questions about the service at any time.
